UK

To avoid disappointment, please allow 3-5 working days to receive your goodies. Standard delivery is £4.95 by courier and a signature is required upon delivery (we are more than happy to send to a work address). Delivery is free for all orders over £50.

EUROPE

Please allow 7-10 working days to receive your goodies. Delivery is £12 by courier and a signature is required upon delivery. Delivery is free for all orders over £100.

Please note that in times of adverse weather conditions, for example heavy snow or high winds, it may take a bit longer for your order to get to you. On the run up to Christmas we do send all orders out on a next day service, but please be aware that in these conditions this is not a guarantee.

Availability

If a product is on the website it is usually in stock. However we are afraid we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. If something is out of stock, we'll always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates. Payment is not taken on your card until your order is dispatched.
