We will always try to process your order as soon as we can, so that you can get out and about in your WOMbat gear.

UK

To avoid disappointment, please allow 3-5 working days to receive your goodies. Standard delivery is £4.95 by courier and a signature is required upon delivery (we are more than happy to deliver to a work address). Delivery is free for all orders over £50.

EUROPE

Please allow 7-10 working days to receive your goodies. Delivery is £12 by courier and a signature is required upon delivery. Delivery is free for all orders over £100

Please note that in times of adverse weather conditions, for example heavy snow or high winds, it may take a bit longer for your order to get to you. On the run up to Christmas we do send all orders out on a next day service, but please be aware that in these conditions this is not a guarantee.

Availability

If a product is on the website it is usually in stock. However we are afraid we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. If something is out of stock, we'll always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.

Email Notification

You will receive an email from us when we receive your order, please keep this safe until your order arrives. Should you need to contact us regarding your order, please quote your Web Order reference to our team!

No Fuss Returns

You can return your order to us for any reason, at any time within 1 month of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. Purchases made after 21st November 2011 can be returned up to Friday 20th January 2012.

How to Return

There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return. Simply fill out the returns form enclosed with your order, noting whether you would like an exchange or refund. Attach the label provided with the despatch note/invoice to your securely packaged items. If you have mislaid this label, please contact us and we will send you details of where to return. (When sending without the label, please give your name & address details and your web order reference number)

You will receive your refund or exchange within 3 weeks after you post the goods back. We do not refund postage unless the garments are faulty or if we have made a mistake with your order. Please note that for hygeine reasons, underwear is non-returnable unless the garment is faulty.

Information collected by WOMbat Clothing is solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and keeping customers updated. WOMbat Clothing comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all information is collected lawfully in accordance with this Act. All information collected is held securely in accordance with our internal security policy, and United Kingdom law. We will not sell or divulge your information to any 3rd parties. Information held is to our knowledge accurate and up to date. We only hold personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected. If we should ever need to transfer personal information outside the European Economic Area we will inform each person on whom we hold such information.
