No Fuss Returns
You can return your order to us for any reason, at any time within 1 month of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return
There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order, noting whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Attach the label provided with the despatch note/invoice to the your securley packaged items. If you have mislaid this label, please send the parcel to:

Take your parcel to your nearest post office.
We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.
Goods are returned to Wombat at your own risk & expense.

We will contact you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund or exchange within 3 weeks after you post the goods back.

Legal Statement
Returning any item within 1 month will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the one month post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Wombat will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Wombat on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by this statement.

Full prices are valid until 31st December 2007. Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology, but slight variations in actual goods may occur.

Information collected by Wombat Clothing is solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and keeping customers updated. Wombat Clothing comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all information is collected lawfully in accordance with this Act. All information collected is held securely in accordance with our internal security policy, and United Kingdom law. We will not sell or divulge your information to any 3rd parties. Information held is to our knowledge accurate and up to date. We only hold personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected. If we should ever need to transfer personal information outside the European Economic Area we will inform each person on whom we hold such information.
